Great solution to create quick helpcenters which are easy to maintain!

I like how simple they are in making an online helpcenter, their team is always there if something goes wrong! They have all that we need at one place so its super convenient!! Sometimes when someone clicks somewhere out of sequence things get messed up but thats our fault not theirs :) The customer service from them has been amazing as well - whenever i ask any question about what features should be added etc., within couple hours my ticket gets answered by some expert who knows exactly whats…

The platform is very flexible and responsive! I recommend them!

The platform is very flexible, allowing us to build out our own custom feature set as we see fit. I highly recommend using their team of experts who can help guide you through any issues that might arise during implementation. You will find them responsive and eager to work with you towards achieving success!
