Drill doesn’t work for my opinion

Just bought this and the drill doesn’t work and I’ve never used it before. I charged it and still doesn’t work. I’m so upset because I really needed to get some work done. There is no sign of power on this drill. The only light that came on is the charger light.

Some of the things are small and I don’t think I’ll be using but over all you can’t go wrong

Cons

Pink color may not be appealing to everyone
