This analog meter is accurate but the gauge arm (which reads the voltage) was off by just over 1VDC. The adjustment with the Allen screw does not allow the position to be compensated relative to the zero point - only about 1/4 or 1/2 of the way. So as long as you write down the number to compensate for the reported voltage, or always check the position of the gauge arm before use (so you can add or subtract from the voltage it's pointing to when you measure), you should be fine go well .
