The system seemed good except for the SOS pendant. The system arrived on a Friday and I found that the SOS pendant had dead batteries installed. After replacing them with the included spares, the SOS pendant began giving the low battery signal four days later. I do not know if the particular pendant that I received is defective or if its a design issue. Note that the SOS pendant was activated at most five times within those four days. I contacted SadoTech and am waiting for a response.
