About a year ago I moved the battery to the trunk. When researching the rebuild I never heard any mention of the need for a fuse to prevent the new positive wire from shorting out and burning out the car. When someone asked me about it, I immediately started looking for a fuse that suited my needs. This one seems made for car audio amplifiers but will work fine for my needs. I installed it over the rear battery box but only used one of the two fuses. Later, when I was about to charge the battery, it dawned on me that I could add an external pole to my box and not have to remove the box cover to get to the + battery pole.
