I've currently rated it a 4-star overall, battery life, and durability because I've only had the tool for a few days now and used it a few times. So I can't objectively review the battery life really or the long term durablity.If you're looking at this tool for the right reasons and right uses, it should be an excellent choice for you. What it is not intended for is either the need to loosen tight nuts/bolts, or cinch down nuts/bolts super tight. It will get you to about the advertised 40-45 ft-lbs, but anything past that you're going to have to do manually. If you need/want something that will handle loosening/tightening greater than 40-45 ft-lbs, then a cordless ratchet (regardless of brand) isn't the tool for you. You want to look at cordless impact wrenches if that's your intended use.But for the majority of work you would typically use a ratchet for, this is ideal. Really saves time and effort vs a manual ratchet and in my opinion where it really shines is those spaces you find yourself in where you only have a very short arc to swing a manual ratchet, so it takes 1000's of short ratchets to tighten something. Since this ratchet does the work for you, it works great for those tight spots that would take forever to tighten with a manual ratchet.This is a time saving tool, not a muscle saving tool. It's for repetitive task and time saving, not for heavy duty jobs.and for what it's meant for, so far for the money in my opinion you can't go wrong.I also really like that it comes with two batteries, so that you can always keep one on charge and swap out as needed.One year update - The charger recently died. Contacted the seller through their website first, no response. Contacted the seller through Revain and they are replacing the charger.
