As a technician with several years turning wrenches and recently purchasing the Aircat 1/2" impact, I thought I would give this a try. Needless to say I'm so far satisfied with the ratchet. It is light weight and very quiet when compared to snap on and matco. Parts seem to be available at the Aircat website if required. It's not much louder than an electric ratchet. Only concern would be that the housing is plastic, though light weight, I would be willing to pay extra for an aluminum bodied ratchet.
