Easy to use! I bought this to make a balloon garland for a baby shower. It was so easy! It took about 25 minutes to inflate 100 balloons and about an hour to fully assemble the garland. You simply thread the ends of the balloons through the ribbon and wa-la, you have a balloon garland. I inflated my balloons and collected them the night before. Everything held up and looked great! I will keep buying again just because the garland is so easy to make!
