Solid construction for 2x4

I used the smaller Kreg Pocket Hole R3 system to assemble furniture and a garage workbench. Although the R3 works great, I bought a Kreg Pocket Hole HD for my second workbench in the garage. It was built from 2x4 and plywood. Larger bolts create a much stronger connection than smaller bolts. I recommend this system for 2x4 buildings. I look forward to building more patio furniture with it. The resulting design is very durable, you will definitely be satisfied with the result. Drilling with a big drill bit requires a decent bit because you're removing a lot of material. I've used an 18 volt DeWalt with no problems. You can also find 125 2 1/2 screws cheaply on Amazon. Kreg Tool Company SML-C2X250-125 HD 125 CT Countersunk Screws I would recommend using a Kreg end clamp, it provides a better grip than my Irwin quick grips. Kreg KHC-PREMIUM Face Clamp This kit does not come with a storage box like the R3, I think it should for this price.
