Review on ReminderCall by Gerald Hill

It's great to be able help our office members get into their appointments by reminding them when they need it! Also love that we are being compliant for so many different reasons!! The support team has been very helpful as well. There isn't anything I dislike about calling on this product yet? So far nothin'. Would recommend without hesitation. ! Make sure everyone knows how important these tools/applications really should have all staff utilizing them throughout each day. Not having an issue remembering my doctor schedules but more of keeping me informed regarding what work needs completed around here during specific hours or time periods. I love that it has customizable reminders for appointments. It's easy to set up and my patients are happy with it. I wish there was an option to have it ring through multiple phones, but I understand why this isn't available right now. If you're looking for something simple to help you manage all of your patient appointments, then this could be the program for you. The ability to customize reminders really helps me keep track of everything.
