Doc Vision helped us digitize and structure large amount documents
It's easy to use as it is web-based software which makes life easier for our customers who are not tech savvy at all. You can easily train this softwares with your own data set if you want but we don't have any training option in doc vision yet so I would recommend looking into other solutions like IBM Watson or Microsoft Power BI depending upon what type of business you're running (B2C/ BtoB). We've been able to extract important details about clients right out of their contracts without having them manually go through each document one by one.

Pros
- You can simply build your own contract templates and drag and drop them and it will extract the info you need, saving you a lot of manual work
Cons
- So if you want to get exact figures from your contract you may have to double check and make corrections
