This thermal printer is compatible with Mac laptop/PC and any Windows PC. It is not compatible with iPad, iPhone or Android. The compact thermal printer comes with a power cord and a USB cable for connection to a PC/laptop. It comes with a USB stick for downloading the software. Once everything is connected and ready to go, simply calibrate the paper size on the printer page and click print and the print will be fast and crisp! The only problem I have is that when the label is printed out, a blank label follows. (I believe this can be fixed on my end.) I would highly recommend this thermal printer to budding small business owners. It's affordable, stylish, and small enough to fit anywhere. I really love it! I've attached a video to show how smoothly the print goes and how sharp the label comes out.
