Review on UserGems by Brandon Show

The team is very responsive and always willing to help. They have been able to help me with any questions I've had, even if they don't have all of the answers. There's a lot of great features in the platform, but I have not yet used them all. It would be nice to know what each feature does, so we can use it more effectively. I like that they have several versions of their product, allowing us to try out new features without committing to a full upgrade. We've been able to get a better understanding of our target market and identify opportunities where our products could fit best.
