The fact that it can be used without an internet connection; this is great for those who do not have access to the internet during work hours. I also like the fact that you can use several different devices at once, whether it's your laptop, tablet or cell phone. I dislike that sometimes my data will not sync correctly so I have to delete items from other screens and then try again. It's great to have a way to keep up-to-date on benefits and changes within a group without having to be connected all day long. Since we are a small office with only about 15 people, we do not have many options for other systems that would give us a better overall view of our employee benefits.
