I love that it has all of my contacts in one place so there are no calls or voicemails needing returned, which makes life easier when running from home! Sometimes if someone doesn't answer their phone right away (which happens often), they don’t get through until later at night/early morning hours even though we have set them up with an early ring time just incase something urgent comes along during those times - this can be frustrating but not too much as long as you're patient about calling back after leaving messages twice before giving up.

It's worth mentioning while using any VOIP software like Skype, Google Voice etc., sometimes some people will only hear audio instead of being able see who called because everything gets sent via text message unless both parties agree otherwise beforehand; however having our receptionist look over clients' screens is helpful since she already knows most names by heart anyway.
