I like that it is easy to use, with little training needed for new users/agents who have no previous lead management experience or knowledge of how things are done 'out there'. It has helped me keep up my end when dealing wtih multiple leads at once! So far so great. The only thing i wish was better integration into our CRM platform (Salesforce), which could be very helpful if you need support from an admin standpoint while using this product. This helps us manage several accounts simultaneously without having too many resources dedicated exclusively towards managing these different opportunities / pipelines - instead allowing each resource time spent supporting their own account area. I like that they are able to have my rep work from home! It is great because it allows me time with our customers while still keeping them happy about their experience at Home Depot or Lowes!! We love working for this Company. None, everything has worked well out of box so far. ! There was nothing i disliked but if there were something we would change its probably an app store issue instead (mobile device).
