I'm a Cisco network engineer and couldn't complete the setup. They have not connected to each other. Failed to connect to my mobile phone. Eventually the lighting was connected to the software application but not to the sound. Then when I removed it from the app, it just wouldn't connect anymore. I bought 10 of these and am returning them all. I don't understand why it is so difficult with such an expensive part.
