My Driver Arrived Without Being Fully Constructed (Missing Parts On The Driver Itself)

My driver arrived missing the top cover, so that the LED light just dangles from the top of the device by the wires waiting to be ripped off or start a fire when it shorts out. Requests for replacement and support do not get any answer. Very disappointed. Looks like a return that wasn't quality checked before shipping back out (as usual, they never are checked properly and are always missing parts).
