I really wanted to like this faucet. I really did. 1) It is not possible to properly tighten the hoses as the bar they screw into is countersunk inside the faucet. I held it tight in my hand and prayed. 2) The hoses were about 6 inches shorter. So I went to Lou and tried to find a solution. After 2 rides and about $20 I was able to hook it up. Luckily my Lowe's store is 2 miles away. My solution is to either redesign the bottom of the faucet so you can get a wrench on those hoses or include a cheap wrench to tighten. Oh, and how about some hoses that are about 6 inches longer too. It can be a great faucet with multiple settings.
