This is a pretty good hose and as it is very versatile it should fit most washing machine drains. I have a Maytag top loading washing machine with the original black drain hose which looks and feels like a car radiator hose. Well, this hose is very thick, but stiff, and over time it just breaks at the joint and leaks when the washing machine drains the water. This replacement hose has a very strong chemical odor but other than that the hose itself feels solid and should last a long time. The universal port hole has 3 sizes, which can be cut to fit the washing machine drain hole. On my Maytag top loading washing machine drain hole I had to cut the port hole 2 sizes. Even the smallest size was a bit loose and I was lucky my original Maytag hose has a clamp. I took this clamp and attached it to this hose and clamped it down. Washed a load does not flow. Only time will tell if it holds up, but tonight it works and doesn't leak. Connection seal because this hose is not included in the scope of delivery.
