Gets the job done. good for me
Worked better than then expected. Used solder paste and a hot air soldering tool and heated the bottom of the heat sink. Worked perfectly. I suppose you could use a lighter torch and get the same result. Heat sinks do their job.
- Very nice heat sink units, they work great with high powered leds.
- The 25pcs pack may be too many for small DIY projects, leading to wastage
