1) The supplied gasket is too thick and the metal valve thread is too short. This combination made it impossible to screw the hose onto the toilet. After trying for hours I decided to use a pad from another bidet. I was about to get it back if it wasn't for what was there. 2) There is no arrow on the buttons to show the actual setting. So if you don't sit down, you can spill water from the toilet. 3) The nozzle setting (self cleaning) only directs the water down the right side of the guard door, so it appears that only the right nozzle is being cleaned. .I wanted to give it 5 stars but the above didn't convince me.
