Review on 🖥️ JideTech HDMI KVM Switch 2 Port: Share Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse & USB - 4k×2K@30hz Resolution by Antoine Collins

There are some vague instructions telling you to look for help online, but I haven't found the time to do so. It is NOT plug and play and not easy to set up for a large monitor. It sits unused in the corner but was not returned because it works if I take the time to jump through the hoops. If I had to do it again I would spend more money and I'm sure I would get something that worked as expected on the first try. And please note that this is high resolution at 30Hz. It makes everything snappy. NOBODY uses 30Hz so I'm not sure what the point is. Last update: The instructions say you should "initialize" the device on first use. It will ask you to hold the button for 5 seconds and then it will initialize. What it can't tell you is that you need to restart everything or maybe even plug everything back in. I read about initialization, did it and didn't see any visible effect. I removed two computers for other reasons, and then when I tried to bring them back and reboot, the monitor switch worked fine. Now the previously non-existent setting 2560x1080 was actively and automatically used. And the effect of 30Hz is not visible. Now it works perfectly. I upped my rating to 3 stars because it was just my stubbornness. Instructions weren't clear enough and additional information was too hard to find. But once you stumbled upon what worked (which was partially explained in the guide) it now does exactly what I need it to.
