Easy to install but needs at least 2 people. I purchased 20ft seal. It came rolled up. I unrolled inside to warm it up and bring the inside tube back to shape. Next day I pulled out the old seal and cleaned the track. Then it just a matter of shaping the seal into a U and stuffing it back into the track. That worked by myself for about 8ft. Then you need to stuff and pull at the same time. Get a friend/ neighbour/ wife so you can feed into track and pull at same time. The more you feed the more it bunches. Trim the ends to fit, bunch about so you have less shrinkage over time. Took about 45 mins. 3 people to feed and pull would be a 5 minute job. Works as expected.
