Very limited use on mounting hooks
These hooks cannot be used outdoors. I installed one on a covered porch that is protected from the weather. I hung a wreath weighing less than 5 pounds on a hook. After 24 hours the hook broke off and the wreath landed on the ground. I didn't know until I opened the package and read the fine print that these hooks are not to be used outdoors, in hot locations, on painted surfaces, etc. So where can they be used?
- Will not damage the wall: will not pierce, nail, rust or leak water (painted walls, wallpaper surfaces and rough surfaces are not recommended);
