I like that we can see our customers' behavior, which helps us understand what they need from their current provider as well as where there might be room for improvement in terms of service offering or customer experience. We also use this product to segment our user base into groups with similar behaviors so that we are able to target specific needs within each group. It is not always easy to find someone who understands how to utilize all of these features. The team at Sparked has been extremely helpful throughout my tenure here! They have helped me learn more about using Sparked products effectively and have always provided great support when needed. There isn't much dislikes besides needing to spend time learning how to best leverage different aspects of Sparked's solutions. Using Sparked allows us to better serve our users through providing them with personalized services. This results in increased engagement and higher levels of satisfaction.
