I ran a quick bench test on this new out of the box unit. Using an ohmmeter, I bent the bottom tab a little to make sure the 73 ohm resistor was dead. The same goes for the full 10 ohms. As I started raising the float I got 33 ohms at half a tank (good), then it jumped to 80 ohms at 3/4 tank (bad), then as I moved further the ohms reading was all over the place. At full load it reaches 10 ohms. Om readings are everywhere. That's why you replace the fuel delivery unit
