These shoes fit me after modifying them. In the factory condition, the tongue of these shoes is too short. The end (top edge) of the tongue touches the top of the wearer's foot right where it begins to curve into the ankle. It was very annoying so I cut off about 10cm to shorten it. Now they are fine. I also replaced the insole with an Adidas insole. The original insole has protruding bulges at the front, which I also found uncomfortable. I've never seen a footbed like this in any other pair of cycling shoes I've had. I love the instep system of these shoes. This works very well. And installing and adjusting my SPD spikes was easy. They also fit most 3-bolt road bike spikes. Half the price compared to other shoes I've reviewed so I think it's good value for money.
