Hoping for the best in office electronics

I downloaded all the information on the disc And still couldn't get the printer to work I called customer service several times but couldn't get through to anyone. The phone rings and rings and rings, so I give it back. All I could do was let the label go through and never get printed. Very disappointed as I was hoping it would be easy to use. Not as much
