The sellers shipped quick and it was packaged okay. But with the actual item - you get what you pay for. It was pretty cheap - and it’s pretty cheap. Didn’t even come with instructions. It is easy to figure out how to use it of course, with some trial and error - but I have never bought anything that didn’t come with instructions. And there was a cord but no plug. My 4 year old grand daughter seems fascinated by it and loves the color, but I wouldn’t buy one again.
