Review on 🖥️ Efficient Performance: Plextor PlexWriter PX-891SAF 24X SATA DVD/RW Dual Layer Burner Drive Writer - Black (Bulk) by Josh Flanagan

I have used Asus DVD burners in the past but they have always failed within a year. Possibly because of cheap internal parts. I switched to this brand hoping I would have better luck and be more reliable in the long run. I've probably burned over 1000 DVD-Rs so far and can count the number of failed burns on one hand. It's so rare now that I haven't even bothered to "Record and Verify" in Imgburn. Burning at 8x or even 16x doesn't matter. The media I use is just average quality for the most part, but I think it's actually the best. This is "CMC MAG AM3". I've also had great luck with the "TYG03" carrier (which Asus HATES). I think one small issue is that it doesn't read very scratched discs as well as some other burners. I don't mind. So far this writer has been as good as some of my old Pioneer 8x IDE writers. Some of them are still in use and I think I bought them in 2005 or so. If this drive fails I will update the review. I hope this lasts at least a few years.
