While the design looks sleek, this product is a danger to users .The spring loaded mechanism is faulty and can cause serious injury. As someone who regularly uses Tools and Home Improvement items, I was deeply disappointed with this purchase. The only pro is that the customer service team was responsive when I reported the issue.
