Review on BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 215/65 R16 103S summer by Mateusz Maycha ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Well done, but I won't buy any more.

Used two RAV 4 cars from the first and second generations, both of which had tires measuring 225/70 R16. A combined total of 40,000 kilometers was driven on them. on a variety of highways as well as unpaved paths. Excellent grip on the road, regardless of whether it is dry or rainy. Even while using emergency brakes, I have never heard the anti-lock braking system (ABS) engage on the pavement. Even at a speed of 120 kilometers per hour, hydroplaning is not possible. I haven't come across a better rubber, and it works wonderfully on the primer. Never got stuck! I didn't climb into awful bogs and wetlands because I lack fanaticism, but the field roads after the fall rains are fantastic (all-wheel drive with differential lock). Absolutely not MT, but excellent for those taking the test! I would not recommend driving a cow on ice in the wintertime! In the off-season, it handles exceptionally well on slush as long as there is neither ice nor rolled snow present. The wheels are five centimeters longer than the ones I normally use! and much harder. The Yakohama had a fuel consumption of 9 liters, whereas the Goodry had a consumption of 13 liters. This is what you have to pay to use the roadway! I decided to keep them as a third set of clothes for when we go camping, fishing, or hiking. I put all of the tires on the disks and replace shoes in the garage while using a rolling jack for a period of fifteen minutes. Rubber is a good material for use in large and heavy SUVs, which are typically associated with increased levels of both noise and fuel consumption. The remaining tires solely evoked favorable feelings in the rider.

Pros
  • Outstanding traction on all surfaces, from scorching asphalt to mild off-road conditions. Extremely durable and resistant to wear and tear. A first impression. Easy navigation through any and all flaws, holes, joints, and bumps in the road.
Cons
  • NOISE ! Extremely powerful, particularly between 60 and 80 kilometers per hour. As we get closer to 120, there is a slight letup, but shortly after that, it picks up again in intensity. Extremely ponderous and does not roll smoothly on paved surfaces. Fuel consumption has gone up a lot.

The best tires in the AT class, but it also costs more than classmates.
