Review on πŸ” Bosch 65018 Knock Sensor: Unparalleled Performance and Reliability by Jason Porter

Bosch to the rescue

Perfect for my 1999 Legacy Brighton Wagon 2.2L (EJ22). This is the third knock sensor I have purchased for this car. The first was a cheap off-brand from Autozone that didn't work, period, and was returned. The second was another non-NAPA brand, the suspension seemed sketchy at first but I crossed my fingers. It doesn't even take two months before it starts to falter. Garbage. Eventually I cut my losses and switched to a used Bosch brand OE Subaru. NAPA wants over $100 for one, Revane wants one for $80. Immediately after I installed it and cleared the codes, the car ran better than ever with no knock codes. Thank you Bosch
