The main benefit I love is that we can get our tickets resolved within few hours unlike previous companies which took days or weeks of ticketing process. As a Customer Support Executive it makes my day easier when the issue gets fixed in less than 1 hour. It's not easy but very simple to use this software as there are lots of features available such as; ticket creation, ticket resolution etc. There should be more options for customizing so that you don't have same questions asked over again by different users. For example if someone asks about how much will he save then there should be a way so that user can select option accordingly. So far its working good and i like everything about it, nothing to dislike so far. We've been able to resolve many issues in short span of time because of zervicio team.
