Wanted to cap my pex A pipe for testing and something that is easy to reuse
I bought both the 3/4 and 1/2 versions of these to use as test caps for my PEX A expansion piping project. The advantage of using the push to connect is that you can reuse these and they don't require a lot of effort to remove compared to a crimp or expansion plug.
- These fittings work like a charm and are half the money of similar name brand components.
- While the push-to-connect feature of this end cap is meant to make installation easier, it can actually make it more difficult for those who are inexperienced with plumbing
