The best part about this service was it's flexibility! I could use any of my own scripts or they have several pre-made ones available if you need one but don't want to write your script yourself. It also has some great builtin features like auto attendant options for different states/countries which makes life easier when managing many numbers at once without having multiple products with separate menus etc.. You do get what u pay for so be sure its worth all those extra dollars otherwise dont bother using them as there isn't much benefit from doing so. We needed an easy way to manage our outbound calls through various carriers including AT&T Uverse & Verizon Fios while still being able to route each number differently depending upon who answered the phone vs. where we wanted traffic routed.
