Handle to switch from pure tap water to filtered water.
The knob to switch from plain tap water to filtered water is very difficult to turn. Additionally, if you use clean tap water, it comes out in a slow jet. When it's time to change the filter, I'll get rid of it. Update: After posting this I received a message from people in the UK to contact them and they gave me a reference number. When I contacted them and gave the number, the customer service representative asked me where I should send a new water filter to. No questions about what was wrong or anything like that, they just wanted to fix it. Got a new filter today, handle works great, water flow is good. Things can go wrong, but how people react is important. Upgrade to 5 stars.
