Defective product due to impossible case, should be recalled
As many other reviewers mentioned, the case is defective. In my case, it was impossible to open. I sent a message to the seller but no reply. Several different models are reviewed on this page, and some models apparently have no problem with the case, but the one I received could not be opened. I had to pry it with a screwdriver. This product is defective, and the seller does not answer.
