We installed a floating entertainment center and it saved the day. They are so strong and can carry a lot of weight. A few years ago we bought a block that came with hardware to attach the block to the wall studs. We were naïve and thought the manufacturer knew the weight and provided the right gear for the job. The device and TV fell off the wall within an hour. Not a very good experience. We bought them with a new TV and we haven't had a single problem. The device is securely attached to the wall. These mounts are the best and will securely hold a large flat screen TV and entertainment center. I trust them very much and recommend them to others.
