Need a Dremel to get it to fit

arrived quickly Top pulley that breaks Not installed with metal rivets like the OEM pulley Installed new on a plastic stand won't last long either Door handle hole is not deep enough the door handle works, had to drill, cut a hole behind the handle to make it work, works but doesn't fit, OEM will, won't buy again next time.
