great for making a "WDT tool "
I did not buy these needles for a 3D printer. Instead, I bought them to make a "Weiss Distribution Technique" tool, in order to prepare a puck of coffee for an espresso machine. For this purpose, they work quite well.I used a pair of needle-nose pliers to force the spring ends of the needles into a wine cork I had lying around. I used three needles to make my tool.That was it. Now, after I put my grounds into the portafilter, I put on a shot collar and use this tool to break up and clumps. It works nicely and I am getting more consistent shots.
- I found that the acupuncture needle were not as thin, fine, as expected.
- Did not like that the pin sizes are not accurate.
