Reads 0.4 ohms.: Electrical

These wires looked good but did NOT read 0 ohms but read 0.4 ohms and broke the adjustment ring on first use with regular spade terminals. Crocodile clips show 0 ohms when clamped together! but that's not why I bought this "set". CHEAP plastic. I will NOT be buying a screw tip set again. waste of money.
