If you are looking for a tool that will keep track of what's happening in your customers activities, this one is perfect for you. I didn't find any issues when implementing it. We were able to monitor all our customers interactions (email delivery, clicks). It was extremely useful in identifying which channels are the most effective for our campaigns.
