The best value for the buck on ebay

I have come to expect many ebay items to be sub-par if not outright junk. And I spend probably about 10K a year on ebay. What a difference with this item. Restored some faith in ebay. Had a flood hit the house a which caused some furiture to come about, this is just what was needed to fix some of the items that came unglued. Althought it could be a bit more heavy duty for larger projects, it certainly is just what the doc ordered. I would suggest a heavy duty version, but this will work with most of my projects. Also would suggest a version which had extending "legs" to "sink" into draws and other objects that require the device to be set at a sunken location. Perhaps with a corner clamp near top and another, connected clamp at the top - like in a drawer. At any rate - buy this product. If you are any sort of home hobbist it is essential. And the price is super cheap for what it does

Pros
  • Good construction and design. Effective for gluing up box corners
Cons
  • The spring mechanism is weak and doesn't provide enough tension to hold the wood firmly in place.

The corner clamps work nice. They are exactly what they say they are. Easy to get tack welds in and remove. They do not work on the welding table. Not sure if it is the material used or the paint. The small clamps that came with them are a joke. Not sure why they are even included, or what anyone would expect the to accomplish. They are as disappointing as I am to my parents.
