I love that we are able to reach our patients remotely even though they may be at work or traveling for business purposes.
The ability to customize which days of week each patient receives communications has been very beneficial as well! There isn't anything about this product right now but it's something that will come up when using this service more frequently. If nothing else, just have faith in their support team; they definitely do not disappoint!! Using RemCall we've noticed an increase in appointments being kept since implementing reminders into the communication process in addition to phone follow ups after scheduling via email/phone call.
