This product is defective

Not what they says it, i couldn't believe my eyes, this product was opened and was smelling burnt part, this company should do better, hiw could you sell defective to people in the name of business.

Ok...I can understand when u get something and maybe it''ll malfunction later on...but this lil controller was dead upon arrival...not from shipping damages but 💯 percent failure from it''s QA QC dept...straight garbage...I''ve purchased many things on amazon this is the first tyme I had to take the tyme to write a review GARBAGE...!!Neta#
