Review on Brighten up your kitchen with Bakelicious 73856 Swift in Vibrant Green by Brian Whitmore

My daughter bought this for me as a gift and thought I would love it. I had a canteen kitchen that baked and decorated sugar cookies. I always sifted all my dry ingredients as it makes a huge difference in the final product. This sieve is amazing! No more squeezing the handle of my old strainer causing carpal tunnel pain. The old sieve goes in the trash! I bought one of these for my daughter and ordered a second one for myself. I'm afraid it will be hard to find in the future if this thing catches on with other bakers haha.
