update. PHOTOS ARE TERRIBLELY APPLIED! Can't even handle the basics. It rained for the first time on this coating and failed miserably. It does NOT repel water but allows water to pass through and traps it. Mixed with the dust that gets under the tarpaulin because it dangles in even a light wind, there is now dirt under the tarpaulin. Now the inside of the lid is a mess. Putting it back on the car may scratch the paint. I'm probably better off without it on my machine. IMO: Pay the extra money and get factory coverage. Originally 4 stars until it started raining. Decent coverage. The bottom half sags a bit which allows dust to get underneath and the bottom half of my car gets visibly dusty. But for bird droppings and stray cat paws all over my car, that fixed it. My car is half the price in a month.
