I have to say that I am very impressed with cloudtale's BD drive, not only with its elegant design but also with its blur function. Too bad I didn't get it sooner as I used to use many external Bluray drives to find quality visual enjoyment while most of them are a waste of big money. I like it very fast and quiet with fun. Everything is going well, but one thing confused me --- The parcel box. When I received it, he showed me the DVD-RW on the box. I was wondering if I received the wrong package or not. So I immediately emailed the seller on the listing and quickly found out they were using an old version of the product box. After that I tried to connect my computer, it actually had Blu-ray functionality. Moreover, the seller deeply regretted this mistake and patiently explained that they are trying to create a new style of packaging as they promised in the product. a description that, to my knowledge, provided warm customer service. Now I am completely satisfied with this buying experience. I will update my exchange if anything happens with this Bluray product.
